This blog came out of from my experiences in manufacturing operations & supply chain for the last 30+ years of my personal and career life. My primary goal is to share experiences, skills, tools available today for the new entrepreneur who is about to begin his journey and just doesn't understand the complexities of bringing their company into life.
My career experience has led me down a path of trial and error, business theory into real life application and manufacturing & supply chain philosophy to the test in extremely complex and challenging manufacturing environments, within the automotive, medical device, food and hospitality manufacturing industries.
What can I do for you, new entrepreneur or small business ?
